BOWES, Judge.

Defendant, Ernest Johnson, appeals a judgment revoking his probation. For the following reasons, we annul the judgment of revocation and remand.

The State charged the defendant, Ernest Johnson, by a bill of information with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, to-wit: Cocaine under LSA-R.S. 40:967. At arraignment, the defendant pled not guilty. Subsequently, the defendant pled guilty as charged pursuant to a plea agreement.
