In this breach of contract action, plaintiff contends that defendants breached an agreement for the sale of certain convertible securities. Plaintiff now moves for summary judgment, seeking rulings that defendants are liable for breach of contract and that the breach caused plaintiff damages arising from the lost opportunity to convert the withheld securities into stock to be resold at a profit.
