OPINION
OSBORN, Justice.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment denying any recovery in a workmen’s compensation case arising out of injuries sustained by a waitress who went to sleep and had a car wreck while driving home after having worked for 25 hours over a period of 28 hours. She seeks recovery under Article 8309 1 , Sec. 1, which defines “injury sustained in the course of employment,” but not under Article 8309, Sec. lb, which permits recovery in certain instances where travel is performed by an employee. We affirm.
