Appeal from the circuit court of Clark county. Plaintiff sued on two promissory notes executed by defendant to plaintiff bank, and dated November 20, 1906, for the sum of $500 each, one due October 20, 1907, the other November 20, 1907, with interest. The complaint is in the usual form, and' alleges that no part of either note has been paid except the sum of $79.50 interest on each note, indorsed June 26, 1908.
