The plaintiff claims that she purchased of the defendants in April, 1904, furniture for which she agreed to pay upwards of $900, in payments of $20 per month, and that until the full payment of the purchase price the title to the furniture was to remain in the defendants; that up to January, 1907, she had paid thereon the sum of $492. It appears that in 1904 there was some paper writing executed by the parties, the plaintiff claiming that it embodied the terms of the conditional sale above specified.
