2Per curiam

On remand from this Court, the Court of Appeals reversed the defendant’s convictions for second-degree murder and felony-firearm on the ground that two of five statements made by the defendant to the police were involuntary. For the reasons stated by the dissenting judge in the Court of *748Appeals, we reverse the judgment of that Court and reinstate the judgment of the circuit court.
