CHADICK, Chief Justice.

This is a common law tort action. The trial court rendered judgment awarding damages to the plaintiffs, appellees here, and the judgment is affirmed. The opinion filed herein September 11, 1962 is withdrawn.

Mrs. Cleo Sturgeon, wife of plaintiff, H. B. Sturgeon, died instantaneously in a head-on collision between the Sturgeons’ 1957 Plymouth sedan automobile and a 1960 model Chevrolet station wagon driven by Mrs. Mildred Baker.
