Affirming.

In October, 1906, appellant procured from appellee company a policy of insurance upon a house for $500, and personal property contained th'erein for $200. In January, 1908, while the policy was in force, the property was burned. The house was a total loss; the loss of the contents was partial. Following the fire, appellee’s agent received notice that the title to the lot upon which the house stood was not in appellant when he procured the insurance, and that, after the insurance had been placed, a chattel mortgage was given upon the personalty…
