This is a suit in equity brought in the District Court for Massachusetts by the Beacon Folding Machine Company, a Massachusetts corporation, against the Rotary Machine Company, a Massachusetts corporation, and Andrew R. Ridderstrom, J eróme P. Byron, Carl A. Tong-berg, John M.
