twenty-ninth judicial district, specially presiding,

James Purcell, as lessor, and Charles Gatti, as lessee, entered into a written agreement of lease under date of November 29, 1933, for the rental of certain premises designated as No. 7 West Fifth Street, in the City of Erie, Pa., to be used as a cleaning and pressing shop, for the period beginning the first day of December 1933 and expiring on the first day of April 1934. The lease recited that it was “fully to be completed and ended at the expiration of said period without notice”.
