The Exchange National Bank,. on the 17th day of July, 1922, proceeded against the Palace Car Company via ordinaria to foreclose a mortgage on an automobile, in which proceeding a writ of sequestration was isssued and the automobile seized in the possession of W. A. Stevenson, and on July 24, 1922, judgment was rendered in favor of the Exchange National Bank on the answer of the Palace Car Company for the amount claimed with recognition of the mortgage, maintaining the sequestration and ordering the property seized and sold, and the proceeds applied to the payment of the judgment, under which…
