—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendants Poughkeepsie Ob-Gyn, P. C., Chang N. Yoon, M.D., Rajan Sriskandarajah, M.D., and M. Philip Amodeo as Public Administrator of the Estate of Thomas A.
