This appeal follows an Order entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County denying a Motion to Stay and Compel Arbitration in a case brought by NutraPet Systems, LLC ("NutraPet") against Probiotic Holdings, LLC ("Holdings") and Proviera Biotech, LLC ("Proviera") for breach of contract arising from a promissory note. Holdings and Proviera counterclaimed, alleging breach of confidentiality and non-compete provisions contained in a separate *412agreement as well as misappropriation of trade secrets.
