hThe defendants, Daigre’s Automotive, Inc. (Daigre’s) and Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association(LIGA), the successor to Daigre’s compensation carrier, Casualty Reciprocal Exchange and Equity Insurance Company (which had been placed into liquidation), appeal a judgment of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) awarding the claimant, Scott R. Bennett, penalties and attorney’s fees under La.R.S. 23:1201(G) for non-payment of Supplemental Earnings Benefits (SEB) and $4,000.00 in attorney’s fees.
