These companion cases arose from a fight between two players in a “pickup” basketball game at an athletic facility owned and operated by defendant Sportslife, Inc. and its subsidiary corporations Sports-life Town Center, Inc. and Sportslife Town Center II, Inc. (“Sports-life”). Isham W.
