In view of the ample statement of facts clearly set forth in the opinion of Judge Knox (noted in the margin),1 *573we shall confine our discussion to three questions of law urged by libelant. Libelant shipped on the Verdi from New York to Buenos Aires cases of electrital switches and appurtenances, which were stowed with potatoes.
