Plaintiff, Morey Fish Company, appeals from the dismissal of its complaint for injunctive relief against defendant, Rymer Foods, Inc. Morey Fish Company had attempted, by collateral attack in the circuit court of Cook County, to enjoin enforcement of a Federal district court judgment that had been entered against it and in favor of Rymer Foods. The appellate court, with one justice dissenting, rejected Morey Fish Company’s argument that the Federal district court’s judgment was void for lack of personal jurisdiction, and held that the jurisdictional issue was not subject to collateral attack…
