In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review and annul the State Rent Administrator’s determination decontrolling two apartments, the Administrator and the landlord Lena Goldstein (as intervenor) appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 1961, which annulled such determination and which declared said apartments to be subject to rent control.
