The only question presented by this record is, whether the judgment rendered by the court was authorized by the terms of a written stipulation, executed by the parties, and filed in the cause.
On the 18th day of February, 1875, the defendant in error filed a petition in the Superior Court of Cook county, to enforce a mechanic’s lien on certain premises in Chicago, for labor and materials furnished to and for Wm.
