This is the second appearance of this case, which was first heard in Moreton Rolleston, Jr. Living Trust v. Glynn County Bd. of Tax Assessors, 228 Ga. App. 371 (491 SE2d 812) (1997), Division 2 vacated and remanded, 230 Ga. App. 539 (497 SE2d 274) (1998), pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court, S98C0078, January 5, 1998 (“Rolleston”).
