Affirming.

The appellant was tried and convicted in the Laurel circuit court upon an indictment charging him with the crime of seduction under á promise of marriage and sentenced to the penitentiary for one year.

The prosecuting witness, Marjorie Sullivan, testified, in substance, that she and appellant became “sweethearts” in October, 1940, and that relation continued until the last of March, 1941.
