Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (J. Goldberg, J.), rendered November 16, 1992, convicting him of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s present contention that the admission of certain testimony was violative of the parent-child privilege is unpreserved for our review inasmuch as it was not cited as a ground for objection at trial (see, People v Harrell, 59 NY2d 620). In any event, we find no merit to the…
