Affirming.

Two grounds are urged by appellant, French for a reversal of the judgment of conviction (1), tbe trial court admitted incompetent evidence — evidence obtained without a search warrant in violation of section 10 of the Constitution; and (2), the court required appellant on cross-examination, when offering himself as a witness, to give evidence against himself concerning other offenses than that charged in the indictment.
