SPEER, District Judge.
John Swan and others, citizens of the states of New York, Maine, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, who were owners and proprietors of the bark Justine H. Ingersoll, have brought this libel against the steam tug Inca.
The libelants aver that on the 8th day of February, 1903, the bark, with a cargo of 373,000 feet of pine lumber, was lying at the Hilton-Dodge lumber mills on the Satilla river, in this state, and was ready to start on her voyage, via said river and St. Andrews.
