Plaintiff, The Putnam County National Bank of Carmel, commenced an adversary proceeding against the Chapter 7 debtors, David B. Hough and his wife, Nanci Hough, for a determination that their obligation to the plaintiff, in the principal amount of $69,500.00, is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B).
