Francis Rainey, Jr., appeals from an order of the district court affirming denial of his claims for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”). This denial was based upon the administrative law judge’s (“AU’s”) determination that Rainey is not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act.
