Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ceresia, Jr., J.), entered March 5, 2009 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Labor finding, among other things, that petitioner Pegasus Cleaning Corporation underpaid its employees.
