The general exceptions taken to the first and final account of Baltimore Trust Company, administrator c.-1. a. of Charles Edward Brown aforesaid, apply to the whole account because they are based upon the contention that the account should not have been presented, examined, adjusted and settled as the final account of administration upon the estate of said decedent, for the reason that said administrator c. t. a. has not fully administered upon or accounted for all of the assets of the estate of said decedent with which it is chargeable, particularly certain assets which are…
