On August 10,1915, EL E. Eggar and H. B. Pierce, partners doing business under the firm name of Eggar and Pierce, brought an action in the court of common pleas of this county, against the defendants, EL C. Corwin, Edward Foreman, W. E. Laugh-lin, Estella Laughlin, Lauer True & Co. and the Eastern Ohio Ry. seeking to recover the sum of $611.34 from H. C. Corwin and Edward Foreman and to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against the property of the Laughlins as set out and described in the petition.
