Appellants Lifeguard Benefit Services, Inc. and The Amacore Group, Inc. bring this accelerated, interlocutory appeal from the imposition of a temporary injunction (1) enjoining Appellants from denying Ap-pellees Direct Medical Network Solutions, Inc.
