Court of Appeals of Georgia

1Opinion of the Court

McMillian, Judge.

*277 Kevin D. Nixon appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for new trial after a jury convicted him of voluntary manslaughter, 1 aggravated assault, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Nixon argues on appeal that the trial court erred in (1) finding that the evidence was sufficient to convict him of voluntary manslaughter; (2) denying his motion for directed verdict *278 as to the aggravated assault charge; and (3) instructing the jury on aggravated assault. Finding no merit to these arguments, we affirm.
