On January 10, 1975, an Oakland County Circuit Court jury found defendant guilty of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. He was subsequently sentenced to a term of from 20 to 40 years in prison and now appeals of right.
On appeal, defendant asserts a number of errors. Of these, we find one which requires our reversal of defendant’s conviction and eliminates the need for full discussion of defendant’s other claims.
