The issues raised by the answers to complainant’s bill of interpleader are sufficiently indicated in the opinion of the learned trial judge, as follows:

“On July 23, 1896, Asa B. Sharp and his first wife, Minnie D. Sharp, lived in the village of Yale, St. Clair county, Mich. At that time he was 30 years of age and his wife 28. They had five small children. He was a laboring man, and his family was dependent on his earn*451ings for support.
