OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Two (2) related Chapter 11 cases come before the Court on two (2) motions to dismiss or convert the cases to Chapter 7 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b). Movants allege lack of good faith in filing Chapter 11 petitions, inability to effectuate a plan, and no reasonable likelihood of rehabilitation as factors warranting dismissal or conversion. Because identical issues are presented in each case, the motions were argued together and testimony taken at a hearing on March 8, 1983.
