—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward McLaughlin, J.), rendered November 1, 1996, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of conspiracy in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 7 to 14 years, unanimously affirmed.

The evidence was legally sufficient to establish defendant’s guilt of the crime of which he was convicted and the verdict was not against the weight of the evidence.
