This matter came before the court for hearing on plaintiffs’ application for a preliminary injunction. The individual plaintiffs describe themselves as owners of real property in the Bedford Landing historical district of New Bedford, while the corporate plaintiff is a non-profit association organized for the purposes of preserving and enhancing the Bed-ford Landing historical district of New Bedford.
