Parties appear here in the same order as in the trial court. Plaintiff Voss sued defendants to quiet title to two acres, known as the.gin lot, in the southwest corner of his quarter section of real estate, and to recover $2,000 bonus and the usual reservations of oil and gas royalties arising from an oil and gas mining lease on such two acres.
