Plaintiff appeals from an interlocutory order of the circuit court denying her petition for a preliminary injunction to enforce a restrictive covenant. Plaintiff, a dentist, sought to enjoin the defendant, her former associate, from practicing dentistry within a four-mile radius of plaintiff’s office.
