MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
AMY J. ST. EVE, District Judge:
Plaintiff, Corus International Trading Limited (“Corus”), filed the instant lawsuit against Defendant Eregli Demir ve Qelik Fabrikalari, T.A.S. (“Erdemir”), seeking $4,800,000 in damages under theories of breach of contract and promissory estoppel. (R. 1.) On September 24, 2010, Erdemir filed a motion to dismiss the complaint. Defendant argues that the Court lacks personal jurisdiction over it and that a forum-selection clause requires the parties to litigate the matter in Turkey. (R. 23.)
