Ryan v. McManus

This is a bill in equity for determination of the title to certain real estate, for an accounting of rents received therefrom by the defendant, and for other relief. The suit is recited to be brought by the plaintiff John J. Ryan in his several capacities as an individual, as administrator of the estate of Florence L. Ryan (his deceased wife), and as guardian of Rosemarie Ryan, their minor child.
