Summary judgment was granted to Goat Hill Development Company (Goat Hill) in its declaratory judgment action to interpret agreements with Lake Lotawana Association, Inc. (the Association) as to what type of vessels would be allowed to dock on the lake owned by the Association. By virtue of agreements with predecessors, the Association gave Goat Hill (and lot owners living in the development) access rights to the lake.
