This matter came before the Court upon the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Permanent Injunction filed by the Plaintiff, Fairfax Square, L.L.C. (“Fairfax Square” or “Landlord”) and a Counterclaim Complaint for Declaratory Judgment by Defendant, Hermes of Paris, Inc. (“Hermes” or “Tenant”).
