Plaintiff in this case caused judgment in the amount of $355.42 to be entered against defendant by virtue of a power of attorney contained in a certain lease agreement in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, at no. 107, November term, 1936. No question as to the validity of the judgment is raised. On November 11, 1936, plaintiff caused an execution to issue on said judgment, in pursuance of which the sheriff levied upon personal property. Martha E. Ott, wife of defendant George N.
