This is an appeal from the Fourth Judicial District Court, in and for the County of Missoula, the Honorable Ed McLean presiding.

Lauri Christine Caras appeals from the final decree of dissolution which was entered by the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, on November 22, 1991, which converted the prior decree of legal separation to a decree of dissolution, and incorporated the parties’ prior marital and property settlement agreement by reference. We reverse.
