1Opinion of the Court

Albert, O.

This case is here on a second appeal. The facts are stated at some length in the opinion disposing of the first appeal. See Brown v. Brown, 71 Neb. 200. The questions presented by the record are: (1) Are the two grandchil*126dren, G-eorge and Mabel Brown, designated in tbe former opinion as interveners, included as beneficiaries under tbe residuary clause of tbe will? (2) If not thus included were they intentionally omitted from tbe will by tbe testator? Tbe district court resolved both those questions against tbe interveners, and entered a decree accordingly. Tbe interveners appeal.
