This is an appeal from that part of a judgment of the district court of the county of Hennepin which adjudged that the plaintiff is the owner of an undivided one-half of eighty acres of land in the state of Wisconsin, the title to which was in the name of the defendant, and that he convey the same to the plaintiff by warranty deed. The parties hereto were husband and wife prior to the entry of the judgment, and the action was one for a divorce on the ground of the defendant’s cruel and inhuman treatment.
