Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered December 22, 1997, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the third degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of grand larceny in the third degree in full satisfaction of a two-count indictment and was sentenced, as a second felony offender, to an indeterminate term of 2V2 to 5 years in prison.
