Edmead, J.), entered June 8, 2005, after a jury verdict, insofar as appealed from, awarding plaintiff Carlos Urbina $1 million for past pain and suffering, $2.5 million for future pain and suffering (over 41.5 years), $5 million for future lost wages (over 27 years) and $55,000 for future medical expenses, unanimously modified, on the facts, to vacate the awards for past and future pain and suffering, and otherwise affirmed, without costs, and the matter remanded for a new trial solely as to damages for past and future pain and suffering…
