Azbel v. County of Nassau

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Cozzens, Jr., J.), entered January 14, 2016, which denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 5003-a (e) to direct entry of a judgment awarding them interest on the amount of the parties’ settlement, plus costs and disbursements.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
