HAYS, Justice.
The appellant, Robert Marahrens, and his codefendant, Melvin Snyder, were charged *305with burglary, second degree, and both were convicted thereof by a jury. Appellant, charged also with a prior felony to enhance his punishment, was sentenced to not less than two nor more than three years. From the judgment and sentence he appeals, and we have jurisdiction pursuant to 17A A.R.S. Supreme Court Rules, rule 47(e)(5).
